About the Course

Puppy Primary is a small, friendly and fun group training class focusing on teaching you and your puppy the foundations of training and socialisation.


Over the 6 weeks of the course, we start off with basic obedience cues like sit, wait, down and stop before moving through all the other important life skills a growing puppy needs, giving you the best start in life with your new family member.


This course has been designed from the ground up by our Behaviourist Laura Gault, utilising her experience and knowledge in the field to ensure each week both you and your new puppy are getting the very best teaching and training.

Classes are held at Peacehaven Dog on a Saturday morning at 10:15am.



All Class events also have access to the Valhalla Feasting Hall to restock those treats and even take home some special treats.


Your Instructor

Laura & Adam

Laura is our resident Behaviourist, qualified to dipCAPBT Level 4. She's been working with dogs for her entire life - from the RSPCA to Egypt. As a member of the Uk Behaviour Charter, ABTC, APDT and the CAPBT (phew) you could say she's a bit of a expert. Laura's passion and expertise lies in helping owners and dogs build long lasting partnerships through training & engagement, getting the best out of every dog that comes to a Valhalla class. Adam is our resident trainer. He specialises in those big, bouncy, high drive dogs that love rough and tumble play, using that to build engagement and motivation. He is also working towards being a member of the APDT.
